Lady Alida Completes Efficient Discharge at Brightlingsea

Uniconnection Chartering & Ship’s Agency Ltd recently supported the successful call of the m/v Lady Alida at Brightlingsea Port on the 25th September 2026.

The vessel arrived carrying 3,000 tonnes of bulk cement from Lisbon and was safely berthed shortly after midnight.  Discharge commenced at 00:20 and was completed at 05:30 — just over five hours later. The vessel subsequently sailed at 11:51.

The operation was completed efficiently through close coordination between the Brightlingsea Port team, pilots, stevedores, vessel crew and Uniconnection, ensuring a smooth and safe turnaround.

This latest vessel call is another example of the efficient service and strong teamwork that helps keep cargo moving through Brightlingsea Port.
