Another successful cargo operation at the Port of Brightlingsea!

We were pleased to welcome the HGK Shipping GmbH – Amadeus Pearl to the Port of Brightlingsea, where she discharged just over 2,000 tonnes of minerals on 14 July 2026.

Arriving at 00:30 from Wismar, Germany, the vessel was expertly handled by our experienced stevedoring team, with discharge operations completed efficiently by 08:55.

This quick turnaround is another great example of what the Port of Brightlingsea does best – providing a professional, reliable and efficient service. Our dedicated teams continues to ensure vessels are turned around safely, smoothly and with minimal time alongside.

A great job by everyone involved – from the Port team and the Pilots to the Harbour team. A fantastic team effort all round.
