UCSA’s recent arrival was the MV Wilson Alicante arriving with 3001 ts of BB/SB cement. Arriving at the Port of Brightlingsea from Figueira Da Foz, for our client Essex Cement Limited. A smooth arrival despite the very wet weather.
Ship’s Facts:
- Delivering 3001 ts of BB/SB cement
- ESOP 1645 hours (10/2)
- All fast Port side 0100 hours (11/2)
- Discharged commenced 0120 hours (11/2)
- Discharged complete 0555 hours (11/2)
- Captain delayed sailing by one tide, finally sailed next day (12/2), shift and swing 0055 hours with duty pilot Chris Grundy on board.
- Brightlingsea’s Port Stevedores excelled again with a quick turnaround despite some challenging weather!
