Uniconnection Chartering successfully coordinates scrap cargo loading for M/V NIKLAS at Brightlingsea Port

Brightlingsea, UK – June 12, 2025 – Uniconnection Chartering & Ship’s Agency Ltd is pleased to announce the successful coordination of a cargo operation for the M/V NIKLAS involving 2,507.870 mts of scrap material, loaded at Brightlingsea Port and bound for Pasajes, Spain.

Acting as the appointed Ship’s agent and Chartering broker, Uniconnection oversaw the full port call and loading process, which began with the vessel’s arrival and pilot boarding at Buoy 9 at 23:50 hours on June 10, 2025. The vessel was all fast and ready for operations at 00:47 hours on June 11, and loading commenced promptly at 07:00 hours the same day.

Operations proceeded smoothly, with the initial loading completed at 15:45 hours on June 11. Following final trimming and the addition of extra cargo, the vessel was made ready for departure at 00:15 hours on June 12. With pilot onboard at 00:30, M/V NIKLAS sailed at 01:00 bound for her destination port in Pasajes.s.
